Dr. Marco Aurélio Gerosa is a Full Professor of Computer Science at Northern Arizona University, where he co-directs the RESHAPE Lab. His research combines human aspects of software engineering, artificial intelligence, computing education, open source software, and computer‑supported cooperative work. He has published more than 300 works, received more than 12,000 citations, and has an h-index of 60 on Google Scholar. He is a Senior Member of ACM and IEEE and has more than 25 years of academic experience. He has graduated 13 Ph.D. students and mentored six postdoctoral scholars, with former advisees now working at institutions around the world.
